If my business could improve I would try and get the latest technology to upgrade and it might get even more people to join the business and then money wouldn’t really be a problem.
Since the business is growing bigger I would include more of the latest technology like better apple mac computers and better, higher quality projectors and cameras for graphic designs.

you would need to justify the choice of tools because there are certain things you need to use for your photo edit, like if you want to cut out something from a photo you can use the magno lasso tool which cut out the pixels of the picture you need.

Another tool you would need to use is the text tool to add text to your design. For example if you were making a book cover like this

Here I used both text and the magno lasso tool to create this design.

Another tool that was used in this design is the fade too and I selected the boy in the middle of the thorns and faded him out a little.

They are a few of the main tools you can use in photo shop so do try to experiment them all.

You can send contacts from one phone to another by texting the contacts number to the person who wants that number. All you need to do it copy and paste the contacts number and send it to the person, but make sure you get permission off of that person before you send their number.

The negative of all this is, someone can get your number and it can be someone you don't know who it is and you think your friend is on the other end of the phone if your texting them. Also if you keep your Bluetooth on, someone can end up hacking your phone and take all of your data and contacts from your phone.

Many things can happen when you’re online and on your email.

People can easily hack into your accounts with just a click of a button so it’s best to use these safety precautions and know what to do when you’re online.

This is the best way to make sure any online account you have is safe and secure:

  1. Use long passwords and change them occasionally (recommended - use numbers and capital letters and make sure you will remember your password)
  2. Keep an eye on site updates to make your account even safer
  3. Don’t give your account details to someone you don’t know
  4. Don’t give out personal details to someone you don’t know
  5. Don’t open emails if you don’t know who they are from

Injuries:

  • Eye strain - To prevent this you can adjust the settings of your computer screen so it is just right for you, for example you can change the brightness and the sharpness of the screen so it won’t give you eye strain.
  • Repetitive strain injury - To prevent this you can buy and armrest to put in front of your keyboard and get a mouse mat that has an armrest on it.

Social life:

  • Email - People can easily hack into your email account if you don’t change your password occasionally and keep updating your protection on your email account. Hacking can be prevented if you do that sort of stuff and keep all of your data safe.
  • Text messaging - Don’t text message people you don’t know because they can try and hack your phone if they are really clever or you have them on your bluetooth and you have your bluetooth on. This can make it really easy for someone to hack your phone.

The Law:

  • Piggybacking - This is when someone you don’t know, enters your wireless network and changes the password for it. This can be prevented by changing your password oftenly and monitor who uses your wireless network.
  • Hacking - Hacking can come in any way, shape or form, there are so many type of hacking. And there are many ways to prevent it from happening. You can change your account passwords so it can keep your account secure. Turn your bluetooth on your phone off so no one can get your bluetooth code and hack your phone. Also keep all your data safe and protected so no one can get all of your personal data.
  • Theft - If you plan on taking your computer / smartphone out of the house be sure that you have a tracker on it so you can find out where your computer / smartphone is if it gets stolen.

when sending work through a smartphone you can send work through your mobile network and with sending work through a computer you would need a to send it through a wireless network (wi-fi).

if the mobile network went down while sending work from your mobile and it would fail to send your work. same would go for the computer if the wi-fi goes down and you won’t be able to go onto any other wi-fi network.

Logo for a band website:

create in - Photoshop
save file as - JPEG

why do i need to save it as a JPEG?

I would need to save this file as a JPEG because a JPEG contains pixels to make the image.

Eye catching text for the side of a builders van:

Create in - illustrator
save file as - vector

why do i need to save it as a vector?

I would need to save this file as a vector because if i want to zoom in the picture it won’t get pixelated and I can print it out onto plastic that can stick onto the van

Band tour flyer:

create in - Microsoft Publisher
save file as - PDF

Why do I need to save it as a PDF?

I would need to save this file as a PDF because if someone wants to view the flyer they can view it without the Microsoft Publisher software if they don’t have it

Common safety issues using blogsites

There are many common safety issues using blog sites like, giving out your personal information (e.g. addresses, numbers, bank account numbers), where you like to go, what school you go to, passwords, email addresses, etc.

All these common issues can cause people hacking into your account and them getting hold of even more personal information and can take over your account so you won’t be able to access it anymore.

It is highly recommended that you make strong passwords for you account and not leave yourself logged on when you are not using a computer because people can simply change your password so only they can get into your account and you can’t.

Also you shouldn’t reply to any emails from strangers because sooner or later they will find a way to hack into your account and take all your personal data.

Threats and Risks in an IT Based Communication

The threats and risks in an IT based communication are losing all your data if you don’t save your work often enough, and also keep changing your passwords regularly otherwise someone will find out your password and hack into your account and steal very important data, like addresses, account numbers (e.g. bank), phone numbers, etc. also if you don’t log off your computer when its not in use, people can also hack into all your personal information.
